The Bible College Lecture Channel

David P Griffiths: In 1997 God gave clear instruction to have in our Declaration of Trust provision for a College. This we did and under the guidance of the Holy Ghost God led our ministry to join together with Brian Mason who had trained under Samuel Rees Howells, Brian passing away this year (2022) in August.

This College is free from the governmental system of textual criticism, instead choosing to have its ethos in the place where the College was spiritually born, in Southwest Scotland.

Here the Covenanters pledged their lives against the religious system, and where Rees Howells made his opening declaration on seeing their Solemn League and Covenant written in blood. The Covenanters had upheld the Royal Priesthood of Believers and the Protestant line of scripture whereas those who have taken over the College buildings at Swansea have chosen the Romanist route of the codices of Vaticanus, Sinaiticus and Alexandrinus, codices that hold the doctrines of the Rome that denies the Trinity and the resurrection, even the virgin birth as it applies to believers, doctrines both Rees Howells and the Covenanters were passionate about.

The College therefore moved to the Cradle of Christianity in Scotland offering courses of sound doctrine taking on the establishment order as it has done with the Nestle Aland infiltration of the Evangelical Pentecostal Movements as well as challenging the establishment order of the national churches in both England and Scotland.

We continue as with the intercessions at Cardoness House with the founding declaration of our College being on behalf of our nation whose Constitution is exactly in line with the bold declaration of Rees Howells, a declaration now being supported by many Roman Catholics who are coming to us expressing their alarm at Rome and its move away from orthodoxy.

The Spirit of God came on me to fight that Church: it was God's anger in me towards the Church of Rome, keeping those five hundred million souls in darkness on the Continent and elsewhere. I entered into a world where fellowship with people was not to count, the only fellowship was with those martyrs who had laid down their lives for the liberty of the Gospel. When I saw that Deed, (of the Covenanters) the Strength of God came into me and changed my body from clay to steel!"

Rees Howells was not only referring to Rome but a Nicolatian priesthood system that prevented direct contact with God, it being those of the Episcopal faith that slaughtered covenanter after covenanter.

God was restoring the Bible College of Wales my dad knew as a student in the 1930’s. They say to us today that you cannot go back but the Bible says:

The whole ethos of the Bible College of Wales came about during the early years, one of going through great pains and sufferings to be glorified together in a glorious result that only the Lord can take the glory.

This is so far away from the counterfeit that has been set up in Swansea of the charismatic movement. This is a surrender level so great and that we have kept to the Antioch line of scripture is so remarkable and so important and this relates into the courses we offer.

With the following scripture ringing in our ears, the hard work in setting up courses, mark schemes etc. in line with true scripture is taking place knowing that the University system of sand inevitably will fall, and only that which has held to the true Word will stand. We have always known that it is right therefore never to affiliate with the system of the Deep State, but to be separate, be holy and honouring unto God.

In the course “How To Be Led by the Spirit of God”, Spirit Consciousness, the differential between Soul and Spirit, the Inward Witness, the Fleece and the Inner Witness are all covered. Moving by the inner witness empowered by the Holy Ghost is so important. I talk with so many who profess to be Christian who talk with the natural mind. It is not being Christian for this is enmity against God, Peter being referred to as “Satan” in Matthew 16 when using natural rationale.

The course therefore through the Word brings the conditions for the believer to continuously hear from God, and acting according to the Word being given at that time. This is for the empty vessel, not the intellectually charged individual who simply wants God to bless his/her decisions.

The Jesus the Healer Course emphasizes THE HEALER rather than healing bringing the conditions through the Word for 100% manifestation of healing in given situations. Reasons why people do not move in their healing are given be it that Christ Jesus won the victory at Calvary. There are many reasons and we cover this intensely in the course, for healing was won at Calvary and the manifestation of this is to occur through the ministers of God perfected through the Word of God.

In preparation also was a very important course in relation to the future of the nation that constitutionally had let in foreign laws binding charities, NGO’s and business to a global Deep State Agenda that was highly illegal. Also a course on “The Overcoming Life.”

Teaching of our own Constitution has not been taught in the schools, colleges or universities for years so God has ordained the Bible College of Wales to bring the Elizabethan Acts to the fore, thus in our view the many legal actions against us, but the TRUTH will never be defeated. The course is to deal with the following: The Act of Supremacy, The Elizabethan Settlement & The Coronation Oath, the theological significances of the Coronation Service, the EU Treaties that bound our country and the reasons why Roman Catholics cannot be part of the Royal Family as a Protestant cannot be the Pope – The 1700 Act of Settlement, the 1975 Referendum and the mandate it gave in comparison to the original blueprint of the EU, the corruptions that have bound our country and the rise in cultural Marxism, higher criticism in the “churches” with targeting against those of the old paths, the role of the big banks, the Bible College of Wales and its history of intercession for the nation, its role in constitutional education not only in Britain but throughout the World, the Solemn League and Covenant in Scotland and the Church of Scotland Act that constituted the Elizabethan Settlement into Scotland, the Constitutional protection on the preacher both in the pulpit and on the streets, and the Hebridean solution.

With Classical Civilization, New Testament Greek and teaching on the origins of Roman Catholicism, Lindsay too has been lecturing through the year and preparing courses to such a high level, that this can be only of the Lord, the preparation for great times ahead has been well on the way so we can begin to say the restoration of the Bible College of Wales is on track, Lindsay being in process too of producing a New Testament Survey course.

D) SEVEN YEAR PLAN

With the widespread acceptance of textual criticism and the infiltration of the Roman Catholic Social Policies into our societies, the place for “old fashioned” evangelism and revival has been seriously undermined.

Hence our operations in intercessions, programmes that with primary evidence back up our statement, we continuously hit that which is opposite to our Monarch’s Constitutional Oath.

During this financial year the seven year plan concluded, there now being a recognition of the imminence of the Lord’s Coming For His Church at the Rapture, our ministry extending from that of the plan.

Stage 1:

The bowling out of the Emerging Church and in this comes the teaching of entire sanctification and the all-day seminars

This is acted upon continuously in the ministry, the extent of our exposure through intercession, prayer and study has been vast over this year as it will continue to be until this curse of the Emerging Church has finally collapsed.

Stage 2:

The South to Norths – Mission Houses – the building up of the waste places

The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me; because the Lord hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound;2 to proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all that mourn;

With resources having to go towards the ministry losses at Barry despite assurances from our former Minister there Clive Bate, the Sri Lanka Mission House building came to a sad halt. We remain determined to not only build this but many others as media centres to “reach every creature.”

“Reaching every creature” with the Gospel is not God’s request but command, this being the heart of Rees Howells, the reasons why so much teaching material has been prepared both in written form and with on line lectures, but God has called us to be on the ground too, in strategic places worldwide to “perfect the saints” for the work of the ministry.

Stage 3:

The Freedom from Continuous Deliverance and transfer to the “Go ye”! The Frodisham and Smith prophecies

Mark 16:15-18 Authorized (King James) Version (AKJV)

And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. 16 He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned. 17 And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; 18 they shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.

Quoting Hudson Taylor

“God gives His Holy Spirit not to those who long for him, not to those who desire to be filled always; He gives His Spirit to those who obey.”

This is a very important message for today’s Emerging Church for God does not give His Spirit to those who long to be filled but to those who hunger and thirst after righteousness, righteousness requiring complete obedience to the will of God. He does not give His Spirit for self-gratification which is why the enemy of souls is providing another spirit today, the majority spirit in today’s Emerging Church.

The true Christian is one prepared to lay his/her life down. It is a complete commitment, one of full surrender, but where do we find the Church? In self-indulgent deliverance sessions that bear little resemblance to the obedience required to be a Christian.

In his prophecy of 1965, a contemporary of Smith Wigglesworth prophesied that there would be a judgment on apostate nations, that there would be a manifestation of God’s wrath not love against ungodliness and that his anger would be against the sin in the Church first, it being in our view here that the self-indulgence of the Emerging Church is facing God’s anger despite of the mantra of the Father’s love!

Resulting from this would come a separated people without spot or wrinkle (perfection), a strong emphasis on reliance on God with revelation to prepare for hard times. The prophecy goes on to warn about pride, to warn against holding men in admiration and adulation and that many who have been anointed with signs and miracles would become lifted up and fall.

What we are witnessing now is that the same persons who have been bright lights with the people delighting in them are taken over by deceiving spirits and leading many people astray.

The Lord through Frodisham gave a last day warning of seducing spirits, many of God’s anointed ones being turned away by all this – many falling through diverse lusts with sin abounding.

In the seven year plan God has given stages and the plan fits perfectly with the 1965 prophecy in that this stage will remove all of the grot of the Emerging Church and that there would come an emphasis on the Holy Spirit within and being led of the Spirit.

In this stage would come the mighty outpouring but it would be one of judgement (the counterfeit has been one of Jezebel love) upon many cities – many being destroyed – many turning to seducing spirits.

Despite of this and this is the stage we are coming into, there will be an emphasis on being a “Doer of the Word”, a purification and sifting of the people of God, there having been few walking the narrow way (there are courses like Alpha that have made the narrow way wide!) The emphasis is to be on JUDGEMENT, true revival being like judgement day according to J Edwin Orr.

Following in 1994 came a prophecy through Richard Smith of Yorkshire, England. This prophecy identified four groups, one being taken in wholly by an acid cloud which we can discern to be the Emerging Church “revivals,” revivals unlike those of holiness but “revivals” where literally anything goes! Following this group two further groups were identified of the fearful and angry, some running away and we witness this today. There are so many casualties of the Emerging Church that so many are afraid to go to a “Church.”

God however has set aside a prepared group and this is ready to receive the casualties, to perfect with the Word so that the “Every Creature Commission” can be completed. This is this stage of the plan.

Quoting Duncan Campbell:

The early Church cried for unction and not for entertainment because they knew that unction creates interest and real soul concern…….

Yes, unction is the dire and desperate need of the ministry today. They believed in unction and not in entertainment. Further, the early Church put “power before influence.” The present state of our country presents a challenge to the Christian Church. Those who have eyes to see and who are truly observant tell us that at this very hour forces are taking the field that are out to defy every known Christian principle. The need is desperate, and it is awful. We have got to do something.

Stage 4:

The Hitting Hard of the Communistic Blockage – the build up to Megiddo – to inform the people of the oncoming charge – to be taken seriously as Western countries are taken over by the communistic charge.

Much of what carries the name “Christianity” is socialism today, and it is entrenched in all parts of western society; in health and social services, education, in the legal processes and if you challenge it, it certainly bites back with its over-regulation and “letter of the law” policies that suppress the people rather than free them as Christ Jesus does. Basing a society on the person is the fundamental error of socialism, a philosophy that denies the Creator, a philosophy as Churchill declared of ignorance and envy and the “Christian” form of this is the fundamental barrier to getting to the hearts of the people.

We have seen the rise of the “Community Church”, a Church which has no Biblical root whatsoever, a Church with syncretisation of false Bibles and agendas combined with the philosophies of Marx this ministry interceded against to free the world of this ideological curse.

Returning to the Gospel of Christ Jesus, the true foundation as Patrick Henry discovered in the United States is this stage.

Stage 5:

The Open Confession Movement

This is the removal of the “front”. Conviction preaching does this. I often think if the local Methodist church set me loose on their pulpit I would declare the sins of the people to uproar, shoutings and screamings. It is what Wesley would do. “Rocking the boat” is the call of every preacher, the true believer being unafraid to confess weakness so as to allow the empty vessel to be filled. This is this stage.

Stages 6 & 7:

The South to Norths Revival and the return of movements back to God with the Bible College of Wales housing missionaries to change Britain – same all over the world as the facilities of God’s pioneers are returned to those carrying those callings as the final Intercession of Norman Grubb is realised.

What is that realisation? Can it really occur? Will the Church become

the true Body of Christ? If it does then “every creature shall be reached!”

This site took over from the original site in October 2017 having a much more modern format. This is our training site that gives our ethos and heart in relation to “reaching every creature” with the Gospel. The main menu that has many sub - headings are as follows:

HOME PAGE: This page explicitly lays down the reason we are here – to restore the Heart of Biblical Training and Ministry away from the textual critics. We clearly show on this page the line of scripture we abide by, that which has come from Antioch rather than Alexandria from where the charismatics that have taken over the original Bible College building have embraced. It is clear from study of Rees Howells heart that he would fundamentally therefore oppose that which is now coming out of those buildings which is of Roman Catholic origin, Rees Howells saying this on receiving his witness about the Covenanters in South West Scotland: The Spirit of God came on me to fight that Church: it was God's anger in me towards the Church of Rome, keeping those five hundred million souls in darkness on the Continent and elsewhere. I entered into a world where fellowship with people was not to count, the only fellowship was with those martyrs who had laid down their lives for the liberty of the Gospel. When I saw that Deed, (of the Covenanters) the Strength of God came into me and changed my body from clay to steel!"

What is interesting that now in 2023 Roman Catholic after Roman Catholic comes to us expressing concerns over the denial of orthodoxy from Rome. This denial runs right across both Roman Catholic and Protestant “churches”. It is therefore with this heart of righteous anger that we run the Original Vision of the Bible College of Wales, setting people free from the curse of Rome rather than embracing it. This opening page clearly shows too the open fight we are having today with post-modernists, and we show this quote from Paul Smith Today postmodernists dismiss the idea of absolute truth; epistemology, the study of knowledge, is still a hot button issue. Why do some postmodernists stand in the pulpits of Christian churches as ministers of our Lord Jesus Christ? They are pretenders with invisible garments; they are as naked as the proverbial emperor! Clearly we show a need for an absolutist College hence the great works that has been going on, that despite persecution, threat and abuse is growing and growing. What we need is a larger staff to cope with demand. Subpages show statistics and The Calling of God on our lives.

Persecuted on every side and why?

Britain under the Roman Empire in effect is no different to the contending Paul had to make before Caesar. We know why we are being persecuted, threatened and abused, simply by upholding the old paths alongside the traditional family values of a Christian society. Going even further the proclaiming of true holiness and our unity in Christ Jesus brings further opposition and threats as does the exposure of the failures of the Council of Trent and its hold on society today.

The freedom to hold one’s faith has been taken away for by doing this we cause offence to minorities in society that hold greater sway in society today than the Christian Church.

In a society full of sensitivities even Christians have become afraid to speak out. As President Harry Truman warned: “Once a government is committed to the principle of silencing the voice of opposition, it has only one way to go, and that is down the path of increasingly repressive measures, until it becomes a source of terror to all its citizens and creates a country where everyone lives in fear." [Special Message to the Congress on the Internal Security of the United States, August 8, 1950]” This in our view is Britain today.

In our publication What We Stand For, a non-establishment Christianity it becomes obvious why we have moved to the land of the Covenanters, the inspiration of Rees Howells to form the College. Here is part of that publication:

1) We stand for UNION - OUR UNION IN CHRIST JESUS!

The Scripture is very, very clear about this and once it is grasped, understood, acted upon -the REAL REVIVAL IS HERE!

After many years of ministry we have found that over all issues this is the most controversial. We have "churches" who see themselves as a separate entity to God with altars made with hands, with seeker friendly "evangelism" courses like Alpha and Toronto/Lakeland style "revivals" with their roots in charismatic Roman Catholicism rather than God & in this these ministries seem more intent on ministering to the people rather than God.

It’s time to get a hold of REAL REVIVAL for this is ALL HIM and not thee!!!!!!!!!

Point I : If you are a dead man – then who is left?

I Cor.6:17; Eph.5:30; Jer. 3:14:

For we are members of his body, of his flesh, and of his bones.

Point II: Joined unto the Lord – members of his body, flesh and bones! Holiness!

What a remarkable statement, no room for individuality here, no room for communion rails between man, priesthood and God - only complete union of the Bridegroom with his bride. We have had those come with the human perspective of gender roles and in one sense there are gender roles but in this sense there is complete union - as one in Christ Jesus - the bride at one with the bridegroom - GLORY!

Rom. 12:1: I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.

Point III: What do we present holy?

When "ye" is used in scripture we talk of the corporate sense meaning the whole body - as Sylvia Pearce who worked for years with Norman Grubb who wrote Rees Howells Intercessor says in Louisville - "the whole Gospel to the whole man." The whole Gospel involves a complete union one in Christ Jesus our bodies being a "living sacrifice."

I John 4:17: Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as he is, so are we in this world.

We have had professing Christians come to us who see themselves as a separate entity to God and use the name of Jesus in ministry not understanding what this means. It means only a union, a complete oneness in Christ Jesus, the fullness of the Godhead - not man at all - but Christ!

Point IV: As He is–So Are we?

Rom. 8:17; Gal. 4:7: And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together.

"Joint" means equal, completely equal and those with this revelation all over the world have greatly suffered, but suffering is the pre-requisite to glory - but this being equal has to be understood when it comes to ministry for without this revelation revealed by the Spirit - the individual is just a son of Sceva - having to face all the consequences of that & we have witnessed this happening right here in an area that for too long has been deprived of the true Gospel.

Point V: What does being equal mean?

Rom 11: For if the firstfruit be holy, the lump is also holy: and if the root be holy, so are the branches.

We need to get a hold of the fact that without the branches, the root cannot flourish and to flourish the branches have to be of the same stock, the same breed as the root. One cannot graft sin unto the Father, there has to be the blood washed branch, completely clean, completely whole in him to be AS HE IS!

Point VI: The name of the Head of the Church is JESUS as is the NAME OF THE BODY

John 15: 5-7: I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing. If a man abide not in me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned. If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you.

The "Church" in Britain seems to have an identity crisis not realising that the Church is not a denomination, not a fellowship, not an ecumenical grouping looking to bring "churches" together, not a physical building - but is actually is HIM!

Point VII: If we are the branches or the lump – how can we bear a different name?

Matt. 5:48; 19:21; II Tim. 3:16,17; Eph. 4:11,12; Phil.2:5; Eph.4:24; Col. 1:27-29; I Peter 1:16; 5:10; Heb. 6:1; 10:14; James 1:4: But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing.

Human endeavour cannot bring about perfection. This comes through complete death to self and this can be a process, a realisation that as ourselves we can do nothing. This is brokenness revival, the dead man being revived to live perfect as Christ Jesus!

Point VIII: We are called to be perfect – in HIM, AS HIM is perfection!

II Peter 1:4; Col. 1:12; Rom. 8:30; Heb. 3:14:

For we are made partakers of Christ, if we hold the beginning of our confidence stedfast unto the end;

Being made a "partaker of Christ" means being a partaker of His Divinity. Sin cannot grasp this, a man in depravity cannot grasp this but a dead man can, the empty vessel filled, the anointing upon all this makes the man no longer a man but as the Saviour is. ("man" covers both physical genders)

Point IX: Being a partaker of Christ is perfection which is why we "perfect" the saints for the work of the ministry - not "equip"?

John 1:12-14; I Peter 1:23; I Cor 3:16-23; 2 Peter 1:3-5: According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue: Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust. And beside this, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge;

The Word is declaring that we are called to glory and virtue – meaning anointing as HE WAS and IS as US!

Point X: Partakers of the Divine Nature and Glorified!

2) We stand for BIBLICAL MARRIAGE - a man and a woman as Christ Jesus is the BRIDEGROOM and the Church is the BRIDE in UNION as ONE!

3) Our British Constitutional Stand –

Britain who does not teach its constitution to its people. We do and apply it! Constitutionally we are not a multi-faith society that is bound to keep the policies, procedures and laws of foreign unelected powers and we have websites that prove this.

4) Our KJV Stand & Rejection of Roman Control

The Real Church, now only a remnant believes all of the Bible is true but the Nestle Aland Committee of the "new translations" present an "ever-changing" Gospel meaning today we also have a Church bound by change, unbelief and syncretisation with paganism. The 27th. edition of the Nestle-Aland text underlying all "new translations" in its introduction admits this:

The text shared by these two editions was adopted internationally by Bible Societies, and following an agreement between the Vatican and the United Bible Societies it has served as the basis for new translations and for revisions made under their supervision. This marks a significant step with regard to inter confessional relationships. It should naturally be understood that this text is a working text (in the sense of the century-long Nestle tradition): it is not to be considered as definitive, but as a stimulus to further efforts toward defining and verifying the text of the New Testament .........

We simply do not accept a non-definitive, working text constantly revised by academics, text that has even described Jesus as “a son of the gods." We also have a problem with the non-acceptance of absolutes. Paul Smith in his excellent book "New Evangelicalism" states this:

Today postmodernists dismiss the idea of absolute truth; epistemology, the study of knowledge, is still a hot button issue. Why do some postmodernists stand in the pulpits of Christian churches as ministers of our Lord Jesus Christ? They are pretenders with invisible garments; they are as naked as the proverbial emperor!

So, what we have today is a "Church" that has "Bibles" from a translations committee who has openly admitted that their work is not absolute. So no more do we have in Pentecostal and Evangelical "churches" an absolute Bible.

This is clearly shown in Elim's postmodern statement of faith that declares a fully inspired and infallible Word of God but only as originally given and so this denomination is now dominated by ever-changing postmodern "Bibles" without the Sword of its founder.

This heresy is clearly shown on Elim's website in their "What we Believe" section: We believe the Bible, as originally given, to be without error, the fully inspired and infallible Word of God and the supreme and final authority in all matters of faith and conduct.

Now we in the Bible College of Wales have rejected all of this post-modernist thinking seeing once great movements taken over by "purpose driven" heresies of philosophical business techniques. It is so sad!

The Bible used in this College is inerrant, can be relied upon and used as the Spirit leads as the "Sword of the Spirit."

Smith Wigglesworth used it to great effect for he believed it! He did not believe it had to constantly changed.

He did not believe that Tyndale's sacrifice at the stake was for a faulty Bible to be authorised by the King!

He did not believe any of this, He believed the inerrant KJV!

The Word of God has not to be prayed about; the Word of God is to be received and obeyed.

The Bible is the Word of God: supernatural in origin, external in duration, inexpressible in valour, infinite in scope, regenerative in power, infallible in authority, universal in interest, personal in application, inspired in totality.

Read it through, write it down, pray it in, work it out, and then pass it on.

Truly the Word of God changes a man until he becomes an "epistle" of God.

It transforms his mind, changes his character, moves him on from grace to grace, and makes him an inheritor of the very nature of God. God comes in, dwells in, walks in, talks through, and sups with him who opens his being to the Word of God.

The scriptures declare that we are in Christ, and Christ is in God. what is able to move you from that place of omnipotent power?

Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword (Romans 8:35)?

Shall death nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers (v.38)?

Nay, In all these things we are more than conquerors through Him that loved us (v.37)?

But we must be found in Him! There is a place of seclusion, a place of rest and faith in Jesus where there is nothing else like it.

We invite you to this INERRANT SWORD CARRYING COLLEGE along the Antioch line!

Rejecting inerrancy of the Word today leaves organisations like Elim wide open to sin, lack of conviction and false revivals that glorify man rather than God.

We stand for this even if it means losing popularity with man - conviction has to return and that can only come through the inerrant Word of God, applied as revealed by the Spirit today.

Hell has not been removed from the KJV as in the "new translations" and so we preach the old-fashioned Word that Christ Jesus came down to save sinners from a fiery continuous eternity in hell.

5) Our Jeremiah 1:10 Stand

As Revivalist J. Edwin Orr said - you have to pull down before you can build up so we make no apology in pulling down the new "Bibles", no apology for pulling down the "new revivals," no apology for pulling down the altars made with hands and the paganism entrenched in the "Church in Britain."

It has to be done for true revival to come!

6) Our stand for "Perfecting the Saints"

8) Our Stand on the Sacrifice Required

to be a Christian!

Jesus gave his life and to be a true Christian we must be prepared to do the same. In this - this ministry has even crossed a mine-field during a war to reach souls to be saved!

What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's.

Many Western "Christians" place their faith in worldly possessions, the house they own - all these things being reliances that have become idols above God! Rees Howells in his setting up of the original Bible College of Wales declared he was free of ownership! What a great release! The reason we have great miracles in developing world environments is simply because they have less to give up!

Our Rejection of Roman Catholicism in line with the British Constitution

We simply reject, and indeed have been persecuted for stating this, that those upholding government positions & those in charge of government agencies all need to honour and respect the nation’s constitution that fundamentally and absolutely rejects any form of papal order in our political, legal and social systems. This is because our nation is Lutheran in rejecting the teachings and practices of the Roman Catholic Church which we expose here:

1. That scripture is a “working text”, not definite and under Papal Control. Quote – the Nestle Aland Committee. All “new translations” come under this.

2. That the Council of Trent was brought about fundamentally to refute and condemn the beliefs and passions of our Elizabethan Constitution and so should be treated as a major threat to national security, those upholding this in government being guilty of high treason.

3. That sola scriptura is a heresy declared the Council of Trent, the practice therefore of the Nestle Aland Committee in its unity with the Bible Societies should be treated not only as blasphemy, but also as high treason! The committee’s attack on the deity of Christ needs in society to be understood for the damage it has caused bringing so many “churches” on line with the Jehovah’s Witness position, a clear action of the Deep State! In addition, Sola Scriptura in its entirety was rejected by the Council of Trent, those upholding the Council’s decisions taking over Protestant churches by the heretical “new translations.”

4. That praying for the dead, purgatory, and salvation by works be scriptural as they are part of the Apocrypha was the Council’s position. Our Constitution demands a complete rejection of these un-scriptural teachings as the Apocrypha is completely rejected in our Protestant country. It has to be noted that the curse put on all those who reject these teachings by the Council of Trent be rejected as Christ Jesus has already become the curse for us, taking this to the Cross and leaving it there by the finished work of Christ.

. . . if any one receive not, as sacred and canonical, the said books entire with all their parts, as they have been used to be read in the Catholic Church, and as they are contained in the old Latin vulgate edition; and knowingly and deliberately contemn the traditions aforesaid; let him be anathema. 13 Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree:

5. The upholding of the physical host (the bread) becoming the actual body of Christ was upheld by the Council. Reformers however rejected this notion, indeed referring to it as an act of cannibalism. The practice as reformers pointed out is un-scriptural, instead having its roots in Arisotle’s pseudophilosophy.

6. The Council of Trent fully accepted the practice of indulgences for sins to be forgiven. This denial of the blood of Christ on Calvary needs to be fully rejected by a Protestant country. In Martin Luther’s era the selling of indulgences was common thus yet another abuse by an Alexandrian “church” that has its roots in the Luciferian religion of Egypt rather than in Christ himself.

7. In the 24th. Session the Council of Trent supported its policy of celibacy in the priesthood, a decision that has led to so much sexual abuse in the Church. Indeed as has been exposed on a recent visit to Ireland, the Pope has been accused of being the leader of the biggest paedophile ring in the history of man. We believe this to be true, with the church’s roots being in Satanism that takes away the innocence of a child.

8. That the Council even controls our calendar naming months and days after Roman gods and emperors, there needing to be a move to a calendar rooted in God rather than Lucifer.

9. The belief in salvation through the baptismal regeneration of children be treated as a nonsense, John the Baptist’s ministry being by full immersion of adults.

It needs to be noted that the declarations and doctrines of the Council of Trent have never been revoked being confirmed by the Second Vatican Council (1962-1965) and the official Catechism of the Catholic Church 1992.

It is therefore the Constitutional position of our nation that it has Christian ministries that protest as Protestants but such is the infiltration of Romanist social policy into our nation, persecution follows on those who oppose. However it needs to be noted that so many of Roman Catholic background are today realizing the corruption of the Alexandrian line and protesting against it themselves. We are to be their friends and bring to attention the reality of true scripture of the only begotten Son who died for them, and that it is only BY HIM that men can be saved.

Part 9 – The Development of the Ministry at Whithorn – The Rees Howells Dimension

“That’s God”, the guidance is right declared Rees Howells. Where was this, but in Southwest Scotland at the Anwoth Parish.

With all the persecution of our ministry in Wales, God called us in effect to “shake the dust off our feet.” We had witnessed corruption after corruption and with the Spirit moving in us we knew that it was right to move the ministry to a place of peace, to a land of the Covenanters from where Rees Howells received his original vision.

It is to here we therefore have come with a new title – THE BIBLE COLLEGE OF WALES – THE ORIGINAL VISION.

However, with the effects of the pandemic and consequent lockdowns we started to notice a change in the country that was even affecting the Machars Peninsula where we are based. Traditional family values, the ability to express one’s heart and above all being able to remind the country of its Judeo-Christian heritage was not only being suppressed, but as the ex-anointed challenged David, we were having to tackle the same spirits.

The country was clearly on a collision course with God but if we continue to stand on the ROCK it will be the country that falls, not us!

The national education system has forgotten God, and so God was choosing his David to face the Goliath of the new “woke culture” leading to the collapse of the national system.

This College is built on God and so this year we were being prepared for a mighty harvest of souls, through “perfecting the saints for the work of the ministry.”

Part 11 – The Ministry Programme – step by step

Programming took place throughout the year increasing the schedule as from July 2022.

Our Schedule included extending our livestreaming & recorded platforms that now includes Vimeo, Rumble, Odysee, Facebook & Twitter as well as youtube. The censorship policies of youtube encouraged us to look elsewhere which we did.

The huge benefit of Vimeo is the service they provide for producing programme starters, finishers and trailers. We continued to use WIRECAST which has become much more sophisticated providing the ability for strap lines and improved graphics thus giving us a much more professional approach.

The College continued with students around the world, its operations we look to extend once our staff levels increase, we are missing the work of Canon Brian Mason in this area particularly, but God will provide, we know this!

The Lord has led us into certain areas of programme production having our doors open to those looking for the Lord, not us, but the Lord. With THE MIRACLE HEALING SERVICE we looked for viewers to attend to the words of the Lord, to find them, obey the Lord’s instructions and move in the healing he died for two thousand years ago. We gave this priority over medical interventions that have their origins in HEK 293 – that we understand has emanated from the practice of medics in ending the lives of children in wombs. Our approach is LIFE all the way along the line, and LIFE IS A PERSON – the Lord Jesus Christ, his death and not the death of an innocent child.

The PENTECOSTAL CHURCH SERVICE continued Sunday mornings emphasizing the pre-eminence of Christ Jesus and who we are as THE TRUE CHURCH IN HIM!

The CONSTITUTION KEEPER programme continuously upheld the written Constitutional acts of the UK and how by not keeping them the nation was in serious danger, God continuing to use “Babylons” to bring nations that have promises to HIM in line.

THE ANGLICAN SERVICE founded on ECCTV through Canon Brian Mason of the Ruvuma Diocese, Songea, Tanzania drawing a divide between the wokeness of Canterbury and the true Anglican Church spiritually founded through the martyrs Cranmer, Latimer and Ridley, a Church clearly manifesting today through the Anglicans of Africa and not Britain – here we have a missionary outreach of Anglican Africa.

CONGREGATION HYMN SING has proven to be a highly successful restoration of the true Hymnal of THE TRUE CHURCH with Pamela Masih opening her heart and voice unto the Lord.

Finally the Scots Kirk through E M Lindsay Griffiths to restore the Kirk of Knox, Slessor and the Covenanters rather than the sinful shadow that emanates from Edinburgh today, a shadow bound by textual criticism and allegiance to the sinful agenda of the global elite.

Our sister ministry, that of Mount Carmel Theological College and Church in Sri Lanka continues to grow, it having an identical original founding document as us. A great affinity in the spirit has over decades been there, and it is a choice to share with you in this report its impact also through local Church ministries throughout the World and online.

Here we helped build a Mission House in the grounds of the College and here are the results as told through Dr Suresh Ramachandran.

1. Since the commencement of our YouTube channel, we have had confirmed reports of over two hundred thousand people coming to Jesus from other religions.

2. By watching my teaching on ‘Catholicism and Christianity’ in Sinhala, we have had over 50,000 (fifty thousand) confirmed salvations of Catholics who became Christians.

3. The same teaching in Tamil also brought thousands of Catholics to the Christian faith but we do not know the exact number. But we know that it exceeds the number of Sinhala converts so we are talking about way over fifty thousand.

4. Our main YouTube channel has 74,000 (seventy four thousand) plus subscribers. We do have several other channels too that has thousands of subscribers on each.

5. Through our marriage counseling program at least five hundred couples who were contemplating divorce have been reconciled and are living happily.

6. Our programs and Sunday services are aired live online with thousands of viewers from all over the world.

7. Our Mission House which has 10 bedrooms and all other facilities, is used to bring many people with broken hearts to bring healing to their bodies and souls in the Name of Jesus.

In line with British Constitutional Law that relate our life’s activities in the priority of the Spirit above the Temporal, we operate our activities primarily in this manner.

Trustees continue to be aware of the history, and the importance of protecting the ministry from outside infiltration of the Global elite of which Rome today is a part to stop us being a Protestant Reformed Religion, the religion the Monarch put herself on oath to uphold in 1953, the latter part of this year relating to God’s upholding of the Royal Priesthood of Believers be it that the Monarchy of the Country has failed to uphold the Judeo-Christian heritage of the nation.

Our banking is with Barclays Bank ......

RISK: Improper Management of accounts by bank or bank going into insolvency. The new “woke” religion dominating the nation. Seemingly banks are being influenced by the Chinese domination of world markets, and so trustees are aware that there is a danger of “social credit controls” particularly in view of the removal by Barclays of the Charity Credit Card facility of £13,500 in the previous financial year and Barclays going through inquiry after inquiry with us despite of our financial solvency and assets.

CONTROLS: Even though the Bank is regulated by FSA, high levels of corruption within banking circles have been identified within recent years.

Trustees believe it is not right to bow down to the tyranny within the establishment of the last thirty years that has targeted us and looked to destroy us and the calling God has given us, a calling that has cost David and Lindsay Griffiths all they have, the ethos of this extending to a further trustee this year, (Pamela Masih) in effect taking over from highly committed trustee Brian Mason. Evidence for this statement

i) The Scriptures clearly inform us who the god of this world is and that he will endeavour to prevail against us. By exposing his activity however, he is commanded to restore so this statement exposes completely the activity against us and it is the belief of trustees that the resources have to follow to fulfil the call.

ii) That the trustees of this ministry do not trust the legal processes of the nation whilst under NWO control, contrary to the 1534 Act of Supremacy that specifically forbids such infiltration. The Trustees do however accept solely British Law based on the Elizabethan Settlement and the Coronation Oath of the Monarch – we being Constitution Keepers rather than rebels to the Monarch’s Oath.

The obligations of the 1534 Act is as follows:

Increase in virtue (anointing) of Christ’s Religion.
Repress and extirpate all errors, heresies, and other enormities and abuses.
The Monarch to act in the line of repressing the extremities that are religiously affecting the nation.
To conserve the peace, unity and tranquillity of the realm.
To repress the infiltration of foreign laws and systems into our nation.

The obligation of the Head of State according to her oath (1689 Act) is as follows:

Maintain the statutes, laws and customs of the realm.
Government of the People is the Monarch’s responsibility according to the statutes of Parliament and the laws and customs of the same.
Law and justice in mercy to be executed in all judgements.
The Laws of God maintained, the Monarch being obligated to do this by the utmost of her power meaning she is honour bound not to allow laws onto the statute book that contravene the Word of God, any such law being null and void according to this constitutional demand.
The utmost of the Monarch’s power has to be used in relation to the ongoing profession of the Gospel and the Protestant Reformed Religion that has been established by law.
Rights and privileges are given by law to Bishops and clergy meaning in reality that anyone who tries to quieten the ministry of the Gospel would be in effect guilty of High Treason.

This “case to carry on” clearly shows that over the last thirty years that the above principles have not been applied in our legal dealings with state bodies.

iii) Professor Arthur Noble, British Church Newspaper, 09 December 2016 gives clear evidence of a conspiracy against ministries such as ours that is now coming out to the fore and that post-BREXIT this ministry will flourish, but we state now in 2023 that EU controls have been placed under NWO control hence the battle has increased. Noble states that there has been “an oligarchy of banksters and large corporations – a confederacy of evil” that has been hiding behind a “façade of cross-cooperating as the promoters of freedom, peace, human rights, the alleviation of world poverty and hunger, and the general betterment of mankind.”

Professor Noble continues to say that the very aim however has been just the opposite spreading chaos by “first destroying the traditional concepts of humanity, religious beliefs, nationhood, family, gender and even civilization itself”, all in the aim of bringing about a one world government, in our view full of socialistic, controlling ideals that has been dominating government agencies including ones who have directly opposed us including Social Services, the Court of Protection and its lawyers, and the Charity Commission.

iv) Despite of all but being destroyed by a Charity Commission enquiry based on letter rather than spirit, an enquiry brought about by complaints into them by two known violent criminals and a person who herself had professed having been in witchcraft, we still have decided to carry on rejoicing in the fact that under the heading The Tyranny of the Status Quo Daniel Hannan MEP has exposed a tyranny that the Charity Commission has chosen to ignore, that some large charities have chosen to forsake their own and nation’s heritage and culture so as to bring about financial resource from Europe.

Substantially proving his case the former MEP refers to the then Foreign Secretary David Miliband who made “a great song and dance” about the fact that it was not only Labour Europhiles who embraced the Lisbon Treaty but also a whole range of NGO’s. “The NSPCC has pledged its support, as have One World Action, Action Aid and Oxfam……. Environmental organisations support the treaty provisions on sustainable development and even the commission of bishops support the treaty. This is a coalition, not of ideology, but integrity.”

At a time when the morality and integrity of our ministry is being questioned by the embracers of policy and procedure, nothing is being said by the Charity Commission of the importance of sacrifice and love and the giving of one’s life for another. This has all gone the way of high salaries, pensions and correct legal procedure! This ministry is right in its refusal to bow down to such people.

“Integrity” continues Hannan. “A few moments on the Internet revealed that every organisation he had cited was in receipt of EU subventions. Most of them, it turned out, had also received grants from the British government.” It is clear that as with our case with the Charity Commission no conflict of interest was cited.

Yet in our case trustees had sacrificed to maintain the vision, founders had sacrificed all they had, an overwhelming spiritual sense of complete submission to the cause had at times gripped the ministry only for in one case a court to decide there was a lack of mental capacity.

Here however in this case deals were being drawn to sacrifice our nation to a foreign philosophy and cause, a philosophy that in case after case was designed to destroy us, a philosophy out of line with our nation’s Constitutional acts.

“Hardly surprising, then” declared Hannan, “that they should dutifully endorse a treaty supported by their paymasters. What was surprising was the extent of their financial dependency. When Mr Milliband sat down, I fired off a written question, asking the European Commission how much money it had paid these organisations. It turned out that, in the previous year , Action Aid, the NSPCC, One World Action and Oxfam had among them been given 43,051,542.95

Not surprising then for Hannan to ask the question: “Can organisations in receipt of such colossal subsidies legitimately call themselves “non-governmental.” Can they claim to be independent? Can they even describe themselves a charity – at least in the sense that we commonly understand the word?”

We now come to the Commission of Bishops Mr Milliband had cited, the Commission in favour of the Lisbon Treaty taking Britain out of its Constitutional obligations to the Monarch’s Oath to God. Hannan discovered that the Commission referred to was the Commission of Bishops’ Conferences of the European Community. He discovered that this Commission was not a group of Bishops of British episcopal persuasion but “it was a Brussels based outfit whose purpose was to promote reflection, based on the (Roman Catholic) Church’s social teaching on the challenges facing a united Europe.” It is our view that it was this ideology coming against us through the Charity Commission and Conwy County Council Social Services in two separate cases that drained us of vital resources, resources not lacking with these Bishops, not lacking with treacherous charities but lacking with us because we’re keeping our laws whilst the others were embracing foreign law contrary to the 1534 Act of Supremacy.

Conditions in the country have not changed post-BREXIT, the country coming under increased NWO control from a Blairite base, our freedom to be a Christian Ministry being taken away in UK – but nevertheless we shall grow underground.

2. Summary of Activities Against us Show Over the last years Adherence to Law Alien to our Christian Heritage and Constitution …….

Personal Examples:

1992: The stealing of our resources to the Irish para-military cause against our will, despite evidence – prosecution – not in the public interest. We have witnesses including a solicitor, accountant and a then Police Sergeant.
1992: The poisoning of a fellow minister – no prosecution, no known enquiry – yet story known all over the Highlands in the early 90’s.
1992-1996: The Tyranny of Elim who professed at that time to run a “Bible College” yet the Bible of the founder was never used, Egyptian theology taught over Christian orthodoxy and movement placed under an institution (Manchester University) that Professor Peake had previously infiltrated with his false doctrines of higher criticism, an infiltration warned about by the Assemblies of God in 1924.
2010 – The Personal Threats and known Criminals reporting us to Charity Commission draining us of resources. “Text messages” saying “we will destroy you through official channels” came in from a known criminal with a violent record. Government action after government action followed – legal and procedures costs soared draining the Charity of vital resources, the Commission placing its enquiry notes on line affecting our reputation. No wonder we have been battling – but we are not backing down.
Home Office Rejection of Staff
2014: Sheila’s Choice Case – Criminal and Civil and their different outcomes – criminal enquiry related to a false accusation that we had been taking money from Sheila Standish outside of her choice. The criminal enquiry had full co-operation from us and nothing was found but in the civil case we were taken into a small room, threatened by an Islamic barrister in relation to saying anything costing us money we do not have and to accept paying £9,000 by order of the court. The question here was fundamentally Christian – the choice of Sheila – how is then that an Islamic Barrister was allowed to threaten us this way? As a Christian I would not expect to be involved in settling Islamic matters so how is it someone of another faith can settle a fundamentally Christian matter, particularly as the accuser was secular Socialist?
Issues relating to two incidences of what we see as medical neglect towards Brian Mason that in this financial year was about to go into legal process. This year in 2023 we are still waiting a reply from NHS.

3. The Professional Warnings of Targeting

Paul Diamond, Barrister has warned of targeting directly to us – the most dangerous to the status quo being those who have nothing to lose!

4. Effectiveness of Intercession

Such has been the attack against this ministry that comes from the Rees Howells stable that only intercession can bring the breakthrough, and the country now is in process of returning to the laws we were brought up with, with British Justice over European law, with the assumption of innocence unlike the civil case where we were forced to prove our innocence and then not allowed to tell our story.

At the beginning of the financial year a letter from Jean-Claude of Leipzig, Germany was intimated to trustees in relation to how we had look after Brian under very difficult circumstances.

This letter concluded:

Contact Medical Negligence Solicitors re these three areas:

At Galloway Community Hospital, Stranraer – BM admitted to Garrick Ward for UTI and was in-patient there from 13 to 30 March. Meanwhile, the whole household (4 people) went down with symptomatic Covid-19. On 30/03/22 the Hospital pushed us to collect BM when we still had quite severe post-Covid symptoms including fatigue, and one person still testing positive.
On 17/04/22 (Easter Sunday), BM was medically advised to stay in GCH after a diagnosis of pneumonia. He refused to stay in, and was trying to discharge himself, behaving in a threatening manner. Despite the fact that post-Covid symptoms were still rife, we were told that they would put BM on the street if we did not collect him at once.
That same day, a nurse and a doctor said our symptoms of post-Covid exhaustion ‘did not matter to our decision’ it being ‘our problem and not theirs’ when we say they should have taken action under the Scottish Mental Health Act.

Trustees have agreed not to take BM back, unless 100% fully cured, both physically and mentally, but want to suggest some alternatives for his ongoing care:

Trustees DG & LG have been officially notified on 27/04/22 that BM (now in Ward B2, DGRI) has been given a 28-day Detention Order under the Mental Health (Scotland) Act for treatment of both physical and mental health issues.

Further Update:

DG & LG in contact with a Ward B2 nurse on 03/05/22. She reported BM being treated for sepsis (antibiotics) and chest pain; also, a problem of BM not eating. They are monitoring this because of his diabetes.

An official complaint re (1) (a), (b) and (c) has now been sent to Patient Services, Dumfries and Galloway NHS, on 13/05/22, as a first step.

(2) NFU Insurance matter – ongoing.

(3) Social worker for BM has been contacted; also, Short Term Detention Order for BM lasted from 24/04/22 to 04/05/22. BM was transferred from DGRI to GCH Stranraer on 12/05/22.

DG proposed, in relation to the ongoing care, and ministry operations, of BM:

Trustees reiterate that the Charity’s property cannot be used for serious medical care, both physical and mental, where more specialised care is required. This, alongside being in effect closed down for 2 years by Covid-related government legislation, also by having to give BM constant care over a long period of time (since September 2019 when he came back from Uganda). We have had to fund the Charity from own resources, most of these funds coming from LG and BM, enabling the Charity to cover its bills of around £5,000 per month.

The proposal here is that we fully establish that there was a covenantal relationship with BM and the rest of the Trustees, to fund the ministry (Charity) from our own resources within the context of these extraordinary circumstances.

In recognition of BM’s many successful years of ministry, Trustees have agreed to include him on the Charity’s Council of Reference, there being a legal obligation on Trustees to remove him from the board as a result of medical diagnosis (in the area of mental health).
Trustees agree to co-operate with medical and social services in relation to BM’s ongoing care. On BM being sufficiently medically fit and mentally able, Trustees agree to take him out occasionally for runs and for outside video ministry.

Council of Reference:

LG proposed (PM seconded) the creation of an overseas Council of Reference that would include BM as the UK representative in African section. Examples of Council of Reference might include Sylvia Pearce and Dr Oliver (USA), Ravinder Singh and Dr Suresh Ramachandran (South Asia) and African contacts.

A. BM Ongoing Situation:

DG reported a very telephone call consisting of three parts:

That BM was feeling better, physically & mentally, although his diagnosis is still frail.
BM expressed, of his own volition, his determination to continue to give funds into the Charity, consistent with past statements he has made. DG replied with the equal commitment of all Trustees, PM having given her all & offering her car alongside the Charity car for part exchange, DG stating too the commitment of DG & LG to at least match fund.
The Charity vehicle was in for repair at Auto sparks, Stranraer, for specialist auto electrician’s attention, since auto electricians were very rare in the Galloway area. BM had offered a designated donation of £2,000 towards the repair.

It should be noted that BM was still expressing desire to return to Africa & that he asked DG, in the above telephone call, to get flight details to Malawi & to go to Songea (Tanzania) as well. DG replied with the suggestion that this be left till after the vascular procedure & till his hernia had reduced.

DG also suggested that these travel arrangements be left until medics gave the go-ahead re hernia, vascular & general health.

Addendum:

BM did express a desire to return to Whithorn, for which DG replied that BM needed care which we could not provide. DG followed this with a proposal to Trustees that a local nursing home could be found, agreeing (see Minutes of previous meeting) that our outside camera could be used for ministry outings and / or recording programmes within the nursing home.

B. Livestreaming & Recording:

DG proposed that Trustees look to increase live-streaming, while at the same time conserve energy resources of the live-streamers.

DG then proposed that all programmes be pre-recorded, & livestreamed for app. 8 hours per day, on one specific day. The general principle was that two out of 7 days would be spent recording programmes & livestreaming would happen for five out of 7 days.

This now leaves Sundays free for developing local Church.

These proposals were seconded by LG.

The Lord reminded us of the covenant shown in this chapter; and that it applies to us in the ministry now; but also to Great Britain after the Second World War (verses 11-20).

The Vision for the Charity –

DG explained that the Seven Year Plan was still to be completely fulfilled, therefore overlapping with the new season of IMMINENCY.

Much depended on wider publicity & fund-raising. Trustees’ activities were as follows: DG – publicity & promotion; LG & PM: fund-raising & grants research.

Financial Year 21-22, BM put into the Charity £28,347.57. DG & LG put into the Charity £28,365.61, therefore match-funding.

At the beginning of Financial Year 21-22, there was follow-on from SDS’ Will, of £17,862.10.

For this Financial Year 22-23: in the first month (May), DG & LG put in £2,694.56; BM put in £1,997.50.

2. ‘Break-even’ Figure:

It was noted that app. £5,000 per month is the break-even for Whithorn (Charity HQ).

3. Property Maintenance:

This was discussed, requiring app. £30,000 over the next year, including:

Kitchen: Floor to be replaced, new work surfaces, cupboards etc. plus Hall Cupboard to be fumigated & re-floored (see surveyors’ report 2018 re common furniture beetle) = £15,000.

New Log Burner: app. £5,000; also, to have radiators from log burner. The heating situation also includes very old oil central heating boiler!

Therefore, Trustees agreed the Charity’s target turnover for this Financial Year 22-23 should be £110,000.

4. Heating Situation:

The heating situation in this property was then discussed with a view to decreasing costs & increasing efficiency.

5. Legal Issues:

A target of £10,000 was agreed for future legal costs. Insurance for legal cover is to be checked with a view to increasing it. A review of the insurance of the property also took place & on the recent advice of the Assessor, property insurance is to be increased.

These were all with Clear Business. Note: numbers 23 & 25 are now with Corona Energy at 20p per unit, started on 28/01/22. Further Note: none of these include VAT or standing charges.

The price increase (threefold) was noted with concern. The new contract from Clear Business was read & approved by Trustees.

July 2022 Figures:

An appraisal was made of the financial Statement 2022-23, month 03 – July 2022. It was agreed that the Charity in itself is in a strong financial position, but that there are some cashflow problems, particularly in the first 10 days of each month.

August Appeal:

DG proposed (seconded by PM, agreed by all), that Trustees look for a solicitor in Scotland to help set up a SCIO. It was understood that there would be legal fees re transfer of the property.

Action: LG to approach CF (Dr Charles Ferguson) re details of the ‘brethren advocate.’

Part 13 – The Future –
ministry teams all over the World building the vision

The combination of the need to look after fellow trustee Brian Mason combined with the need to expand the ministry proved to be a difficult one if taken the world conditions with lockdowns etc into account.

It is the view of trustees that the failure of the NHS to meet their obligations in taking him to a medical procedure to prevent gangrene, Brian Mason’s main cause of death was one trustees should not have had to face, for this took a full-time worker out of the equation and the subsequent loss of income. The threat literally to throw Brian out of the Galloway Community Hospital, despite of trustees having COVID if we did not come and pick him up was one that broke in trustees view the stated protocol of NHS in such cases, and so during the year trustees decided to claim for damages.

We need administrators, organizers and those prepared to work in the Ascension Ministries working with one another as a team as one in Christ, THE VINE AND THE BRANCHES that bear fruit, but even without this increase it was clear to view the overcoming in Jesus Name of trustees.

This sums up our ministry, closing this annual report with an invitation as the ministry sets forth teams throughout the World, looking for an increased size UK base trustee team, and let this be an invitation to you, to come and join us, the price is high but the reward great – “let the enemy be mighty, but we put our trust in a mightier one” was the declaration through my Auntie Tessie to my dad before going out on the mission field.
