In the 1930's David's Dad, William Griffiths graduated from the College at Swansea, being trained for the mission field by Rees Howells himself. Over the last ten years we were joined by graduate of the 1970's Brian Mason joining together to bring about a restoration of the pure Church without spot nor wrinkle, the emphasis being on the Name of Christ Jesus & the TRUE WORD OF GOD, counteracting the spirit of antichrist in the charismatic movement, that has hurt so many! Today William's son & daughter in law co-ordinate and act as tutors in this continuation of the Rees Howells Ministry.

Trustees believe that it is important to give a clear, open and transparent understanding in our annual report, be it that activity is revelation led, understanding of the Charity therefore needing to come by revelation too in line with the British Constitutional Acts that emphasize the Spiritual before the Temporal.

Introduction: With the events of the last years it is clear there is now in UK a cost of living crisis, in addition, so many of our regular givers having passed away, a great deal of overcoming has had to take place. This has not put us off, however, being determined to continue with the IMMINENCY VISION OF GOD in relation to the coming of the Lord Jesus to the sky for the church without spot nor wrinkle.

Despite the challenge of many years of persecutions and threatenings particularly from 2010 when we were threatened to be “destroyed through official channels”, God’s grace has overcome, the gates of hell have not prevailed – it is as if the model of the Early Church is being restored.

What is sad is the fact that the nation around us is in serious decline as we know it, particularly in view of the coronavirus crisis, rapidly increasing injury and death rates, our appointment being to present JESUS AS LIFE opposing the signs of death all around us.
To do this we have continued to present our Judeo-Christian heritage in line with our Constitutional Acts, we continuing to promote policies and procedures in line with our own British Constitution rather than being under the laws of a global order, nation after nation rejecting God and coming under the pestilences, famines and earthquakes prophesied in God’s Word.
To be protected from this, we must give ear to what is in our Constitutional Acts, our Head of State on oath promising to uphold them, but with the change of Monarch we believed it to be true that God was emphasizing THE ROYAL PRIESTHOOD OF BELIEVERS, to have a ministry to take on according to scripture the build up to the GREAT TRIBULATION to give every opportunity for every believer becoming “perfected” for the work of the ministry so every creature can be reached.
The 1534 Act of Supremacy restored in the Elizabethan Settlement of 1559 demands the following:

Increase in virtue (anointing) of Christ’s Religion. This means being bound to Christ, the present turning away from the real Christ Jesus of the Reformation being completely and absolutely unconstitutional.

Repress and extirpate all errors, heresies, and other enormities and abuses.

The Monarch to act in the line of repressing the extremities that are religiously affecting the nation. This is extremely serious in the context of today for we are seeing a complete breakdown of all that is precious to us.

To conserve the peace, unity and tranquillity of the realm.

To repress the infiltration of foreign laws and systems into our nation. Roman Catholic countries use the principles of Corpus Juris that have their origins in Babylon whereas our Protestant system of Habeas Corpus has its origins in Jerusalem, Greece and Protestant Britain.
The 1689 Act Establishing the Coronation Oath demands the following:

Maintain the statutes, laws and customs of the realm.

Government of the People is the Monarch’s responsibility according to the statutes of Parliament and the laws and customs of the same.

Law and justice in mercy to be executed in all judgements.

The Laws of God maintained, the Monarch being obligated to do this by the utmost of her power meaning she is honour bound not to allow laws onto the statute book that contravene the Word of God, any such law being null and void according to this constitutional demand. (Now this refers to the Bride of Christ)

The utmost of the Monarch’s power has to be used in relation to the ongoing profession of the Gospel and the Protestant Reformed Religion that has been established by law.

Rights and privileges are given by law to Bishops and clergy meaning in reality that anyone who tries to quieten the ministry of the Gospel would be in effect guilty of High Treason.
Trustees on many occasions have fought any attempt to change these constitutional demands seeing such action as an act against the very heart and foundations of our nation. Clear signs of a growing totalitarian state were all around us, and so by presenting the nation’s spiritual and temporal foundations we looked to bring stability and counteract the growing atmosphere of fear and control.
Trustees therefore support the following statement of President Harry Truman in relation to Great Britain for our laws (not those influenced by foreign power) like the American Bill of Rights are Biblical in nature, and that if we do not have this fundamental moral background then we end up with a Totalitarian Government which does not believe in rights for anyone but the state, the nature of our life under the EU, this being a constitutional rather than political statement.
Part 1: The Intercessions
From the 1920’s onwards our spiritual founder Rees Howells (whose College we have now restored) emphasized the importance of intercession. Indeed, it is our firm conviction that it is because of the intercession that went on in the College during the years of the Second World War, that conditions were made for a nation to not only continue its freedom but hold onto its Christian heritage and be able to take the Gospel to “every creature”.
We exist today with the same passion, the ministry having travelled to specific locations, for specific purposes to maintain the puritan heritage of our nation, a heritage that gives the necessary freedom and resources to fulfil the call of God on all true Christians.
Travelling intercessions continued this year to a limited degree due to financial constraint, but the four intercessions that did take place were very significant in the land of the Covenanters where Rees Howells received his vision in the 1920’s to “reach every creature”. On the principle of “sowing and reaping” came Suresh Ramachandran, Principal of Mount Carmel Theological College and Church in Sri Lanka.

REES HOWELLS INTERCESSION - on the Isle of Whithorn where the mission to the people of Scotland began so as to bring Christianity in the 390's AD, the very name "Whithorn" relating to a "white house" from where the faith went forth. Significant that this very Rees Howells ministry should have come to Whithorn to re-establish Christianity from a "white house" that today had a studio that in effect the Council planning office have forbidden us to use to its full extent.
The heart of the Covenanters is very much in our hearts too and this comes out too in this series of intercessions in South West Scotland. The work of the Great Commission must continue however even in this era of "cancel culture" so Suresh Ramachandran of our sister College named Mount Carmel in Sri Lanka has turned up to speak out words of life, words too that are binding the principalities and powers that have been prohibiting the Gospel's outreach with Scottish Government support.

About our ministry with David & Lindsay Griffiths, Pamela Masih and Suresh Ramachandran: David's dad William was trained under Rees Howells in the 1930's and Brian Mason (now in glory) under Samuel Rees Howells in the 1970's.
From Scotland Lindsay carries the mantle of the original United Free Church by her dad William, and our dear brother Suresh speaks out with all his heart in relation to the opposition that is looking to prevents the outreach of the Gospel today. It will not succeed for LIFE HAS CONQUERED DEATH and it is time for the people to decide between the two.
The following intercessions took place within the context of Dumfries & Galloway Regional Council informing us we can no longer use our premises as a studio or a place for public church building, the same spirits operating in our view against us as they did against the Covenanters, hence these intercessions.

through Suresh Ramachandran at the Wigtown Stake

REES HOWELLS INTERCESSION - right before the marshes of Wigtown where Margaret McLachlan (around 63) and Margaret Wilson (18) were so cruelly drowned on 11 May 1685 by tying them to stakes and awaiting the incoming tide to come in. The women were executed for their refusal to take the Oath of Abjuration and acknowledge James VII as head of the Scottish church. It is said that an informer had told of their stand of proclaiming Christ Jesus King and the fact that the true believer has personal relationship rather than having to go through a bishop.

They refused to renounce their Christ Jesus and consequently drowned as part of the "killing times" of Covenanters. Informers and government officials today operating by the same devilish spirits still try and suppress the true Gospel, as does the establishment church. We know this today to our cost at Whithorn, but their kingdoms always pass away whilst the true Kingdom of God can never be suppressed. We came to Whithorn as a Rees Howells ministry to re-establish Christianity from a "white house" that today had a studio that in effect the Council planning office have forbidden us to use to its full extent.

"It has come to our notice" proclaimed the Council, so as with the two Margarets an informer has been involved. The heart of the Covenanters from the outset has been very much in our hearts and it is a badge of honour that there should be an informer and actions by both state and "church" that have come against us as they came against the two Margarets of Wigtown, this coming out too in this series of intercessions in South West Scotland.

REES HOWELLS INTERCESSION - directly at the house where Rees Howells received his vision for THE BIBLE COLLEGE OF WALES given through Suresh Ramachandran, Principal of our sister college, the Mount Carmel College and Church at Bellwood, Sri Lanka. Please get a copy! "While in Keswick, God gave him another marvellous confirmation. An invitation came to preach in Anwoth parish, in southern Scotland. Faced with such a big decision in Swansea they would not have gone but for the definite guidance of the Spirit. But as soon as they arrived in Anwoth, the lady with whom they stayed, Mrs. Stewart, the widow of the former Consul General in Persia, told them that in front of their bedroom window scores of the Covenanters had been martyred. “That’s God,” said Mr. Howells, “the guidance is right again, taking us up here against ourselves, as it were.”
The following day they were invited to tea with Sir William and Lady Maxwell, at Cardoness House. The first thing he did was to take them to a small room where a framed document hung on the wall. “I am going to show you the most precious deed in Scotland,” he said, “—the deed signed by the blood of the Covenanters.” “When he said that,” continued Mr. Howells, “I felt my blood run cold. To think that in Glynderwen the Lord had told me He had brought me back to make a test case with the Church of Rome, and here I was face to face with the Covenanters’ deed.
It is a wonder I remained standing on my feet. There were the signatures scrawled in blood as if with bits of stick. When I saw it, I changed altogether, and there wasn’t one thing I wouldn’t do to vindicate the Holy Spirit. “I never felt anything like it before or since. I shed tears that night in my room. I said to the Holy Ghost, ‘If it costs my blood, I’ll do this for You. If Mr. Edwards asks for £10,000, I’ll pay it, and if the Church of Rome puts a match to Glyn-derwen the next day and burns it to ashes, I’ll say it is the best investment I ever made.’ “The Spirit of God came on me to fight that church: it was God’s anger in me towards the Church of Rome, keeping those five hundred million souls in darkness on the Continent and elsewhere.

I entered into a world where fellowship with people was not to count; the only fellowship was with those martyrs who had laid down their lives for the liberty of the gospel. When I saw that deed, the strength of God came into me and changed my body from clay to steel!"

REES HOWELLS INTERCESSION - David P Griffiths & Suresh Ramachandran at the Anwoth Covenanter Kirk of Samuel Rutherford who was educated at Jedburgh Grammar School becoming in later life the Professor of Divinity at St Andrews, these establishments having been frequented by E M Lindsay Griffiths of the Bible College of Wales being a teacher at Jedburgh and a student at St Andrews - a remarkable link.
What makes this a Covenanter Kirk is the Covenanter stand of proclaiming Christ Jesus King and the fact that the true believer has personal relationship rather than having to go through a bishop. Covenanters affirmed personal relationship and rejected the notion as in the establishment "kirk" even today that there has to be intermediaries.
Covenanters commonly gave up their lives for the true Gospel and so Anwoth is special having perhaps the most highly educated Covenanter that made such a stand. Here in the Anwoth graveyard we find the most remarkable grave of Colonel and Mrs Stewart, the latter leading Rees Howells to Cardoness House where he saw written in blood the Covenanter Solemn League and Covenant, the inspiration for this Bible College that is coming under the same kind of persecution, but in modern terms of trying to bankrupt us rather than slaughter us as in the "killing times". Informers and government officials today operate by the same devilish spirits still try and suppress the true Gospel, as does the establishment church.

Part 2: THE CONTEXT OF THE INTERCESSIONS – we were called here by God to re-build THE WHITE HOUSE OF NINIAN in the land of the Covenanters in the village and area where Christianity was first preached in Scotland
– hence the name WHITHORN and our presence here – government as in the days of the Covenanters forbidding us to open our doors, a person connected to security services warning us to not let out what we have in here – hence the return of the CONVENTICLE!
After years of persecution, the ministry was called to move from its North Wales base to a land that is steeped in Christian history, we restoring with its newly painted exterior the “White House” of Whithorn moving in the mantle of St Ninian. Truly after years of battle Candida Casa was again amongst the people of Whithorn. From the year 390 to now, the White House proclaiming Christ Jesus was now restored livestreaming all over the world, making this mission a worldwide one!
Whilst this continues on social media, with college courses available for students all over the world alongside conventicles in a secret place, it is noticeable that organisations have built up during this years fighting for the freedom of speech that is now clearly being denied to Christians all over the western world.
As Daniel defied local law by praying to the God we pray too, so with us as in our bellies is the heart of Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego who were thrown into the fiery furnace and so with us, not the smell of fire was upon them as it is not on us. Despite of the 1664 Conventicle Act we were and are determined to continue preferring the freedom of the 1559 Elizabeth Settlement that demands monarchy and all government offices under the Monarch to primarily “increase virtue in Christ’s religion” which we are doing by keeping Constitutional Law and Scotland’s Solemn League and Covenant which treasonably both local council and national government are refusing to do – this we believe to be the CONSERVATION of the CONSTITUTION and anything that comes against this is treasonable.
The ministry recognized however that the country was entering a new era, with the freedom fought for over two world wars being removed, thus the following prophecy right at the beginning of the financial year was given so that trustees might be aware. We realised too that the new apparent Monarch and the Coronation of Westminster Abbey conducted by a now disgraced Archbishop of Canterbury was not going to protect us so God gave this prophecy, this being followed by a Service of National Recognition and Coronation of the Royal Priesthood of Believers to Britain, after which our public meetings were closed accompanied by threatenings by those connected to the security services.
We believe it is our role to demand freedom of speech particularly for the Church and the traditional values that has given this country stability over centuries, and be able to oppose what has become known as “woke” culture that includes promotion of sexuality towards young people in particular, especially by what is known as the LGBTQ lobby that explicitly expresses its activities publicly and in schools. Surely we have the constitutional right to oppose this and ask why public funding goes to this rather than to charities like our own that uphold the Constitution and all the freedoms of Judeo-Christianity this has given us. Our opposition to all this should not be seen as hatred towards homosexuals, indeed anything but, for there are clearly homosexuals who agree with us, our position being that all have sinned and come short of the glory of God.
We do not desire to see the persecutions we have endured coming onto homosexuals, rather enjoy the freedoms that only come to a nation when it returns back to God to whom the Monarch swears allegiance, and it is to this we affirmed allegiance to God during the Service of National Recognition and Coronation. These two services pointed out the sins of the nation from all persuasions, that God demands repentance of.
